How Do I Place An Order?

Place an order on my website and I will post your GEMMALEES jewellery out to you.

If you would like a particular colour or chain size different to those shown on the website then please contact me by email at gemmaleesjewellery@gmail.com or go to the 'Contact Me' section on this website.

What Materials Are Used?

I use Sterling Silver for all chains, ear hooks and jewellery findings, unless otherwise stated.

I use Swarovski Crystal, Pearls, Semi-Precious beads & Sterling Silver Charms/Pendants.

Payment Options

Payments accepted by debit/credit card or Paypal.

Bespoke Orders, I can email you an invoice for you to pay via Paypal or debit/credit card.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are:

£3.45 per order.

Once you've placed your order and payment is made I will get making your beautiful jewellery and post it out to you.

All GEMMALEES jewellery comes packaged in a GEMMALEES gift box.

Returns & Refunds

If you unfortunately need to return an item and require an exchange or refund then please contact me within 7 days of delivery by email at gemmaleesjewellery@gmail.com

Unfortunately I can not offer a refund or exchange on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
